version32 LLC runs Sellability.
Your content
We store the products, images, costs, time, goals, and scenarios you add. You can also import store and product details from Shopify.
Team admins can access all workspaces in their team. Other people need permission to view or edit a workspace. We do not use your business content for advertising.
Sellability in ChatGPT
Connecting Sellability lets ChatGPT send your requests and proposed changes to our service. We return the information needed for the requested view, calculation, or action to ChatGPT, including relevant business names, products, images, prices, expenses, time, goals, and scenarios. Account and team workflows may also return profile details, membership information, and invitation email addresses when needed for the request.
Before connecting, you approve account-wide access to the teams and shared businesses you can currently access and any you gain access to later. Your current permissions and paid access still limit each operation. This includes authorized edits and administration. What-if comparisons stay unsaved unless you explicitly request a save or use a save action.
You can disconnect in ChatGPT's connection settings, ask ChatGPT to disconnect Sellability, or choose Logout in the embedded app's account Security section. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection. It does not delete your Sellability content or information already returned to ChatGPT. OpenAI handles that information under its own privacy policy and your ChatGPT data controls. Website sign-out alone does not disconnect ChatGPT.
Unsaved comparison records expire after 15 minutes, and app-view records expire after one hour. Expired temporary records are removed by scheduled cleanup; deletion can take longer than their access period. Access credentials last at most 15 minutes, and a connection can refresh for up to 30 days before new consent is required.
We retain connection and revocation records, action confirmations, and retry receipts to protect access and prevent duplicate changes. These can include request details and operation results. Completed operation and replay records become eligible for cleanup no sooner than seven days after the connection's authorization expires. Cleanup runs in bounded batches, so deletion can take longer. We retain ongoing or unresolved operations and connection/revocation records for recovery and access protection.
The account-deletion workflow removes these plugin records from Sellability's active app database. Disconnecting alone does not remove them. Provider records and copies already shared with ChatGPT follow those services' policies.
Plugin operational logs record limited status information to diagnose failures without logging authentication secrets, financial request payloads, or file contents. We do not use the plugin to collect your unrelated ChatGPT conversations.
How long we keep it
We keep your content to run Sellability. People with permission can delete it. To delete your account, first transfer or delete workspaces you own. Then choose Delete My Account in account settings.
Account deletion removes your profile and sign-in. Content in teams that continue without you can remain. We keep billing history and records needed for security or unresolved issues. Copies can also remain in backups, analytics services, and support emails.
Your account and payments
We use your profile, email, preferences, team memberships, and billing records to run and protect your account. We also keep support messages to answer questions and fix problems.
Stripe handles payments. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe also uses payment data to train AI models that detect fraud and improve payments.
Services we use
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Convex stores app data and images. WorkOS handles sign-in, team access, and credentials for connected services. Resend delivers invitations and feedback emails.
When marketing tracking is on, PostHog records visits, signups, purchases, and offer comparisons linked to your browser or account. We have opted out of PostHog using this data to train AI. The opt-out does not undo any earlier training.
When enabled, Google Ads and Meta receive browser and ad-click data for advertising. This may count as a sale or sharing under some US privacy laws.
These services may process information outside your country, including the United States. We also share information when required by law.
Your choices and help
Turn off marketing and advertising separately in . Sellability still works with both off. Our cookie policy explains when tracking starts, how to opt out, and how long records last.
For a copy of your information, corrections, or deletion, email support@trysellability.com. Depending on where you live, you can also object to data use or complain to a privacy authority. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
We will update this page when our practices change.
