Tell us what you were trying to do, whether you were using the website or ChatGPT, your browser or device, and any error message. Leave out passwords, verification codes, API keys, and private business or customer details.

Using Sellability in ChatGPT

Connect your existing Sellability account through ChatGPT's connection settings and review the access request. If the connection has ended, reconnect there. Your existing team and business permissions apply in ChatGPT.

What-if comparisons do not change saved scenarios. To keep a proposed change, explicitly ask ChatGPT to save it or use a save action in the app. Sellability measures financial feasibility; its score does not forecast market demand.

To stop access, disconnect in ChatGPT's connection settings, ask ChatGPT to disconnect Sellability, or choose Logout in the embedded app's account Security section. Disconnecting does not delete your Sellability account or information already shared with ChatGPT.

Privacy and account requests

Our privacy notice explains ChatGPT data sharing, consent, retention, and your controls. For a copy of your information, corrections, deletion, or a privacy question, contact the same support address. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
