Using Sellability

version32 LLC runs Sellability. By using it, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and have permission to act for any business you manage here.

Sellability helps you plan products, costs, time, and sales scenarios. Results depend on your inputs. Check your assumptions and results before making business decisions.

Keep your sign-in secure. Do not use Sellability to break the law, access someone else's data, or disrupt the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process, and display it to provide Sellability. Only add or import information you have permission to use. Connecting Shopify requires the store owner's permission.

Team admins can access every workspace in their team. Others can view or edit workspaces according to their permissions. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Payments and renewal

Checkout shows your price, currency, any tax, and billing frequency before you pay. Stripe processes the payment.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual subscriptions charge the full year upfront. Any monthly equivalent shown for an annual plan is for comparison.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring payments. It has no expiration date while Sellability operates. It belongs to your account and cannot be transferred. A full refund, payment dispute, or account deletion ends it.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through Manage billing in your account to stop the next renewal. You keep access through the period you paid for. Canceling does not automatically refund a payment. Contact support to ask about a refund or incorrect charge.

When no team admin has paid access, the team becomes read-only. Its data remains available to people who still have permission to view it.

Deleting your account is permanent. It ends your remaining paid access and stops future billing. It does not automatically refund unused time or a lifetime purchase. Our privacy policy explains account deletion and what data can remain.

Help and service changes

For payment problems or other help, email support@trysellability.com. Stripe may retry failed payments. A failed renewal does not extend your paid access. Open Manage billing to review your payment details.

We run and support Sellability, including its Shopify connection. Shopify does not provide support for Sellability and is not responsible for faults in the app or resulting harm.

We may change the app or pause access for maintenance, misuse, security issues, or unpaid charges. We will update these terms and give any notice required by law. Your legal rights still apply.
